Thanks Michele from Our Conscious Kitchen for coming to my home to teach my helper and I how to cook without oil, sugar, salt, cheese, and meat in a delicious way! I arranged a cooking workshop with 4 other friends with Michele and she gave us a very informative and varied lesson. Michele went over and above to make this fun and easy, she came by early to help prep, nothing was rushed and then afterwards she stayed with us to enjoy the lunch. It is a great way to learn alternative and new ideas but also healthier. I certainly would never have thought to try chocolate brownies with zucchini!
